Boys will not give justification in rape trial

Two boys indicted of raping an eight-year-old lady will not be giving justification at their Old Bailey trial, their lawyers reliable today.

The boys were both elderly 10 when they were indicted last year of assaulting the lady in Hayes, west London.

The charge sealed the box currently and the jury was told it would retire to cruise verdicts on Friday.

The boys, one elderly eleven and one elderly 10, have been sitting nearby their mothers during the week-long trial.

They repudiate dual counts of rape each and pick charges of attempted rape.
