Raleigh man locked up in friends stabbing

A Raleigh man is in the Wake County Jail this sunrise charged with attempted attempted murder after military pronounced he stabbed a friend.

Paris Jujuan Todd, 25, of 806 Cotton Place, Raleigh, is being hold on $1 million bond, detain annals show. Todd is additionally charged with attack with a lethal arms with vigilant to kill.

According to Raleigh police, Todd was arguing with Simon Edmundson, 46, at 1301 E. Hargett St., Wednesday afternoon. Witnesses primarily pennyless up the fight, but the dual resumed the evidence and Todd retrieved a large blade and stabbed Edmundson in the chest, Raleigh military Lt. David Linthicum said. Police arrived about 4:30 p.m. and arrested Todd at the Hargett Street address, where military pronounced they hold both men were staying.

Edmundson was taken to WakeMed Raleigh Campus.
